"My husband seen the FNP, SantaMaria and we were pleased with her services. She was Great!! However, there was an issue in the process of getting his medication. He was told that his high blood pressure medication was sent to the pharmacy that day by the Medical Assistant. The next day and 4 calls to the pharmacy and 3 calls to the office, the pharmacy finally received his RX later in the afternoon. This is someone's life, and all the calls were not necessary. It could have been avoided if the Medical Assistant sent the RX the first time, just saying."

"I had been a long time and happy patient with one of the NP’s until now. Virtual appointments sucked. Make sure to go in person. Virtual will mess you up. They messed up my prescriptions and the medical assistants don’t call you back to help. It’s time to find better doctors. Don’t waste your time and money with IMS."

"I'm writing a review for the front Desk (Gracie) and Manager (Bertha). I called to confirm an appointment for my daughter. Gracie answered the phone I asked if my daughter's insurance was good to go. She put me on hold while she checked, she got back on the phone and told me I have to contact my daughter's insurance company and change the primary provider from Dr Gotshall to Dr Chavez, or else she won't let her be seen by Dr. Chavez. She told me it's not her and that it's my Job to contact my insurance in a very demeaning way. I voiced my concern to Betha who is the office manager. The whole time I was trying to explain to Bertha she kept on interrupting me and Complementing Gracie. Bertha failed to understand my concern."

"I am rating Nurse Practitioner Cathy Balzano. I moved here from CA about 8 years ago, and it has been a struggle to find a new person here to see for well woman exams since that is all I really see a doctor for. Cathy is amazing. This is not a "fun" appointment - she spends time catching up on health history, and you never feel like you are rushed with any questions you have. She is thorough and funny, and I absolutely recommend her to all my friends. The lab is right in the same office, so you just walk down the hall to get your blood work done, and the office is very communicative, and attentive. Another great appointment!"

"Worst experience ever!!! I scheduled and appointment to follow up from Emergency Room. Dr. Rosemarie-Gotshall spent LITERALLY 2 minutes in the room discussing a daily medications I had been prescribed by another physician in her group. She did not refill medication. She advised me to contact my insurance to find another physician who specializes in my diagnosis. She did not allow me time to ask any questions. She then informed me her medical assistant would be in to schedule me another appointment because I was out of time. When I mentioned she did not address my ER follow up, she told me I would need to follow up in 3 weeks to discuss and that I was "OUT OF TIME" "I HAVE OTHER PATIENTS TO SEE". Yet, when I scheduled, I was told my appointment was the last appointment slot on her schedule. She is very unprofessional and does not respect her patients. Terrible care. I would not recommend."
