"I have such a long story I don’t even know where to start, but to keep a long story short, the staff has been great to me. When I walk in the receptionist know me by name. The midwives have been awesome, they are friendly and caring. Mickey recently delivered my daughter & she was AMAZING!! She was so patient and caring through the whole process. This is my fourth child and the first time I didn’t tear, all because she was patient and made sure I LISTENED to my body, unlike other Doctors/midwives I’ve been to, who tell you to “push now” and rush you, she literally sat there the whole time and encouraged me through it all."

"I Do Not Recommend This Place!!!!! ( Especially If Have A Serious Concern ). 1st Time I Went Was Absolutely Great. I Got A Peace Of Of Mind ( AND SO I THOUGHT) Then The Nightmare Began 2nd Viste, There Machine Was Down, Didn't Bother To Call Me I Got There & O'h Sorry Had To Rescheduled!!! 3Rd Time, I Was 7 Minutes Late-DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE ME ( KNOWING I WAS SCARED WORRIED) Front Desk Was Rude Beyond Words. As I Was Leaving (CRYING) A Lady Told Me If I Was O.K. & That She Was Having The Same Problem!! SHE WAS Going To Look For A New O.B.G. Doctor. What Happened To Compassion, Life's Matter, Sincerer Honesty I WAS JUST A NUMBER TO THEN & NOT A HUMAN BEING"

"WhenI found out I was pregnant I was already an established patient here. I called to make my first appointment and they refused to see me until I was 10 weeks. So I scheduled the appointment and a few days later I started to have some bleeding and so I called and asked if I could be seen sooner. The answer I got was “Dr…… doesn’t see patients until 10 weeks but I can send an order over to Banner imaging for an ultrasound and we’ll get back to you with results”. I called to make the ultrasound appointment and was told I’d have to wait 2 days for an appointment. I was actively bleeding in my first trimester and was so freaked out I went to Banner Thunderbird ER to be seen and was told I had a pretty big subchoronic hematoma that needed to be watched very closely until 20 weeks. I called the office the next day to update them on this as well as request a sooner appointment (as advised by the ER) and go the same response as before “Dr……. Does not see patients until 10 weeks” so I found a different OB and was seen a day later and then again every two weeks until 20 weeks. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. The receptionists I spoke to seemed uninterested in what I had to say when I called and seemed as though I was inconveniencing them. And the blatant disregard for a serious medical condition that was edging on miscarriage was so shocking. And the cherry on the cake was them consistently failing to send my records over to my new OB. I requested and filled out a release 3 times before they were finally sent. I’ve never experienced unprofessionalism in a medical office like I did there. Beware ladies."

"I was very disappointed in my experience at this clinic and would not recommend. I waited 3 months to establish care. Pre appointment online paperwork was sent to me, which had a drop down box asking if there were any questions or concerns I would like to discuss with the physician. I chose fertility. The day of my visit it was obvious I was the last patient of the day. The urgency of the MA and her student to take my vitals and go through my medical history was noticeable. The MA saw that I had put fertility down in my paperwork and asked me how long I have been trying to get pregnant. I answered that I just wanted to discuss my fertility and see if there were any options I had on testing. The MA quickly told me that they don't do any fertility testing, which was fine, but I was still there to establish care. They did not have me change into a gown for an exam. The provider came into my exam room with a piece of paper giving me a list of other clinics in the area that offer cash pay fertility testing. She did not do a review of systems, did not exam me. Did not even request my prior records or ask me for my previous gynecologist information for review. From door to door I was there for 8 min. My co pay for this visit was $70 and was billed to my insurance for a new patient/establish care visit, which is fraudulent. I went into the clinic twice to speak with the clinic manager to dispute this claim, and request a refund as this was not a visit. She declined to come to the desk or return my calls. I did call my insurance and report a fraudulent claim for this visit. I left a review on their website and still have no been contacted to discuss this poor medical care. I would avoid this practice."
