"I have Multiple Sclerosis and was nearly in a wheelchair when I started going to AzOPT. Since then I have not needed my walker, nor have I gotten so weak that the wheelchair would be needed at all. "I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. My appointments were lasting around 2 hours because my physical therapist (Cassidy) had 4-5 patients at one time. He could never focus on just me or watch/guide me during my exercises. Hence, if a physical therapist has this many patients at once it should be billed as group therapy. Obviously I’m not being billed as group therapy and therefore my insurance company was notified of this fraud. On top of this, all Cassidy would ever do is complain about everything, he was never personable, I’d be surprised if he even remembered my name. He degraded my surgeon multiple times saying he doesn’t agree with his treatment plan. Overall, he treats his patients like objects. Will not be returning."

"I went to my doctor for a groin pain. After Ultra Sound and a CT Scan discovered nothing visible, I was sent to AzOPT Physical Therapy. Right away, Cassidy discovered a hip and inner thigh muscle strain. After a few weeks of massage and various exercises, the discomfort began to dissipate. He and Chris worked my hip and leg muscles to where I was more flexible and understanding my limitations. Both gentlemen were very patient and made me feel comfortable.
