"My mother was currently a patient until today. She’s a recent leg amputee, trying to learn how to walk with her new prosthetic. She conveniently relies on transportation from her insurance. Today she received a call from Empower stating she is banned from making anymore appointments because her transportation didn’t arrive to take her to her appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could. She has been going to physical therapy for over 10 years now and never had a phone call like this one. I’m disappointed to say the least and will be making a report to AHCCCS. To any Medicaid/Medicare patients that rely on transportation I suggest avoid this place. I will be making a report of the incident and I can assure we will find a better , more understanding place."
