"Supposedly walk-ins are accepted but that’s not the case went twice, on Wednesday I was told there was no provider there that day that took my insurance after the front desk MA made me wait 15 minutes (didn’t take my insurance to check before making me use the self check in) told by her to come back Friday no later than 4 came in on Friday was given a run around that they were booked and that I should come back Saturday to have a TB test read on Wednesday… that’s 4 days not 2-3 that TB would be useless they need more competent people working."

"Brought my children in for a sports physical. Didn't have an appointment but the staff was so helpful to get me the correct forms I needed and got my children in a timely manner. The receptionist and provider both had fantastic attitudes and it was an extremely pleasant visit. Will definitely return when needed."
