"Went in for an 11:00 AM appointment the day after Thanksgiving and arrived about 15 minutes early. I was the only patient in the waiting room but there were others in the exam rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and checked me in right away. I took a seat in the waiting room and was immediately called back to the exam room to check vital signs, etc. After a couple of minutes Jessica, the P.A. came in. She was very friendly and gave me my flu shot and conducted an ear exam quickly and professionally. I was only there for about 20 minutes total! Overall, an excellent experience. Previously I went to The Little Clinic in Glendale and about a week ago my wife went to the location on W. Camelback Rd in Litchfield Park. The staff and experience at each location was excellent! We won’t hesitate to go back and recommend it to our family and friends."

"The NP was great. She went over things and told me thing to help with symptoms that no Dr has ever done. Front desk was training a new person so you have to expect a bit of slowness."

I walked in for my SCHEDULED appointment the doctor took one look at me in the waiting room and said “why are you here? if you have a cold there’s nothing i can do” refused to even bring me back and examine me! absolutely terrible service 10/10 do NOT recommend this place."

"I would give zero stars if possible. It was my first time trying the clinic and I am glad I got to meet the DR before hand. He decided to not see me because I was 10 minutes late and he said if he was to see me I would make all his appointments fall behind which in a way I do understand, but first I tried calling to let them know I was running late with no answer. Second it is not what he said but the way he said it in front of everyone, even the assistant said that was not ok. The attitude was not appropriate for a Dr you are about to see, after the way he acted I did not want to see him anymore anyways. I will not recommend this place and will not come back for sure."
