"Horrible service, I have been waiting for them to call me to schedule a procedure since December, I keep calling back and they tell me I have to wait for Medical assistant to call me to schedule, I call back and they say to wait at least a week , she called me while I was working so I missed her call , and when I called back they told me I have to wait another week for her to call me back to schedule. I asked to go to a different location and was told she schedules for both locations so I just have to wait for her call. They just tell me they will give her my message and now I have to wait and hope that she doesn’t take other two months to call me back"

"Edit 11/9/23: I’ve been seeing the providers here for six months and everyone has been amazing. Luis is so sweet, and Ms. Parks is knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. I absolutely loved going to this location, just an awesome experience! Loved going to this office. Getting in was super quick and the front desk women are all very friendly and easy to talk to. Ms. Peña was kind, listened to me and made me feel more at ease. I am optimistic about the future for my sinuses and would recommend this location to anyone needing sinus care!"

"Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. The PA I saw was fine but the billing department, and surgery department have very poor communication. If you’re an out of pocket patient needing a procedure the experience is incredibly un organized and unfortunately they treat you more like a price tag than a patient they care for. Spoke to the woman who leads the surgery department and every time I spoke with her she was very rude. Would not recommend"
