"I feel like the worst part of this place was finding the door in the morning since it is a smaller place than expected lol. Everyone was super kind, walked me through things, and was patient with me especially with how anxious I was. My partner was updated and able to talk to the doc when I was in recovery. I have no complaints about the team that took care of me."

"This is a small surgery center. I found the employees to be very caring and professional. It was a positive experience from the front desk to discharge."

"As a caregiver, I do not recommend this facility. They took my husband back and told me to wait in the waiting room. We were told that it should be about 45 mins or so & she (receptionist) would let me know how he is doing. After 1.15 hrs I asked his status & was told, coldly, he is still in the back. I asked, so he hasn’t gone in yet, she said no! At 2.0 hrs I went up to the window, she looked at me, ignored me and continued sorting documents, filling the printer with paper, etc. I just stood there. After 5+ mins she opened the glass & stared at me. I asked the status of my husband, she said in a condescending tone, he’s still in the back and shut the glass. About 15 mins later she opened the glass to speak to another waiting patient… before she closed the window, I again asked the status of my husband. She said, he is still on the back. Literally 3 mins later she opened the glass & said, you can pull around to the patient pick up area and wait, they said it will be another 10 mins. I asked, should I wait, she said no; go now. I said, are you telling me that he has already had surgery, been in post op recovery and is ready to go home? She said, yes and shut the glass! I never received any updates, or that he went in or came out of surgery or that he did well and was in recovery! I drove around and waited. It was 102 degrees outside. 15 mins later a medical person wheeled my husband out, had me sign for him, she told him to stand & get in the car (with no assistance). She never discussed any discharge information or do’s and don’ts. Totally dissatisfied with their service!"

"Our surgeon was fantastic but the surgery center itself was mediocre at best. My husband was not allowed in to the pre surgery area. The floor was not clean in the prep area. A phone call to confirm the time was not returned. A response to the question if a wheelchair was available: " Well, I can't just wheel it out there and pull you from the car" Unacceptable. My doctor is fabulous, but the surgery center itself was not up to his standard of excellence. when asked if a wheelchair was available surgery area"

"Other than the pre-op rn, surgeon and anesthesiologists, literally everyone else especially the charge nurse (I think since she was barking orders) were rude af. They seemed miserable and I could tell because of their terrible attitude to each otherand the patients. Im surprised I didn't get an infection based on their unwillingness to care."
