"I have had to do business with this company since they first provided my bi-pap machine and they have been a constant disappointment! Never once have they provided parts or service in a timely fashion. Next to impossible to get through on the phone ( 27 minutes on hold today ) then I was told it would take a week to remotely change my settings! If so, that might be an improvement over last time, which was 3 phone calls and 3 weeks! I regret ever having started off with these people, unfortunately, I’m stuck with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. A very dissatisfied customer."

"Had a heck of a time going through the hoops to get supplies. Biggest problem seems to be in talking to a real person on the phone. It feels like the automated phone system is seldom monitored. I have been unable to find an email address to contact the local Tucson office. It seems that the only way one can be sure of talking to a live person with certainty is to walk into the office on 3400 E. Speedway. Rather a nuisance if you live 30 + miles away. On the positive side, the office and technical personnel are very nice and helpful. But, why is there such a wall of protection around them so that one can't phone or email. Oh, wait a minute. Maybe I could text them. Oops. Won't work that way on a landline. Any ideas?"

"Customer service is lacking. Getting my machine was a hassle. They told me to come in because they had my machine and when I got there they find out they don't. They the ordered the wrong machine. Took over a month to get my machine. It's a hassle to have to go back and forth needlessly when you have a job and life to deal with. The atmosphere is laid back, a little too laid back at times. I have had much experience with different aspects of the healthcare industry. This place is at the bottom of the list. I avoid dealing with them if I can."

"I was so afraid and frustrated at the very beginning because my machine wasn't ready on time and I was feeling that I was dying every night. When I went to pick it up, I met my respiratory therapist Frank Tarango who has been exceptional. He made me to regain the trustiness in this company and have made me feel that you guys really care for your patients. Also supervisor Michelle K from Phoenix was very professional and helpful during a recent issue I have with my supplies. I was seriously thinking in switching companies before all the good experiences I have had in recent interactions. Thank you so much Frank for taking the time to explain me details and make my problem less traumatic. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
