"I would recommend this practice. Dr. Thomas Kang, MD was very nice and took the time to listen. He provided necessary referrals and gave me more insight into my issues. Dr. Beth Benites, the Audiologist, was also a pleasure to work with. Hearing tests aren't the most fun but she made it a pleasant and informative experience. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the front desk staff not understanding how to read insurance benefits. She was very confrontational when I brought up the error she was making and she refused to listen. I had to ask twice to have her confirm what I told her. She had a printout stating that I met my deductible yet insisted I had to pay coinsurance. The issue was resolved, Dr Benites followed up for me and I appreciate her help."

"Beware coming here! I should have listened to the previous reviews about this place only caring about money. They cancelled my surgery on me while I was already in the hospital gown and bed waiting for the anesthesiologist. Dr Kang called my hospital room to say he was afraid he wasn’t going to get paid since I got laid off and my insurance was being cancelled at the end of the month. I advised them I was getting AHCCCS after that which I let them know from the very beginning, since they didn’t accept ahcccs I advised I was ok paying cash rates. I was also passed from one surgeon to another for no reason at all but I advised I had the money to pay what insurance didn’t cover, when I was assigned to Kang he conveniently changed the codes to make the surgery go from $1792 to $2476. The office manager even called me to apologize for the coding piece because she realized what a mess it was. I have emails and voicemails to prove this which I will be forwarding with my complaint to the AMA. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and discriminatory, I will be sure to tell people to beware of this place. I’m sure their office will post some combative and dismissive remarks like they’ve done to any other honest negative reviews."

"Okay, I totally get the mixed reviews. This place likes their money up front, so if you aren't used to that for a medical office I could see the bad reviews. Like in my case, I have met my deductible and now its co-insurance, and they already requested to have $79 up front. Even with that I am still giving them 5 stars as specialists are expensive! Ramona NP was AWESOME! If you have a deviated septum or any kind of breathing issue go see her, I came here to get a second opinion as the previous provider advised me to get surgery. Ramona was very kind and knowledgeable and showed me a scope of my nose which records and then they play it back for you real time. 99% of us are born with deviated septums and only surgery is needed if you cannot breath or the scope isn't able to pass through your nares. She recommended 4 options for me in terms of medications! The MA was very kind and you can tell they go above and beyond by their demeanor. Would highly recommend. Hidden Gem in Tucson for ENT."

"Dr. Kang came highly recommend by family & friends & he didn't disappoint - I don't understand the negative reviews here. The entire staff is very professional & friendly. I went in for issues with my vertigo, which naturally was no longer bothering me but Dr.Kang proceeded to talk to me about issues related to this and how to proceed going forward - we did a hearing test, which really surprised me to find out I have hearing loss in that affected side that I get vertigo - I'm now set up for a VNG & a MRI hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's going on. Nothing but praise for this staff & the doctor!"
