"Someone from the office called and said I needed to schedule an appointment for an annual checkup. I had been in 6 weeks earlier, but the caller made it seem important. Everything I needed had been completed during the prior visit. So I ended up paying $125 for 2 referrals from my previous visit. It's shameful to call and solicit business from patients. The visit was completely unnecessary. This is a small community and to see a healthcare provider bilking people here in town is sad. Even the person I saw seemed somewhat confused as to why I was there for a checkup. The money I had for the referrals went to paying Chiricahua again instead of getting seen at the providers I was referred to. Now it's a new year and the co-pay or initial out-of-pocket has reset. Now that money will have to come out of my pocket again."

"I just want to say what happened to my husband, he went with Dr. Rebecca to a routine check-up and it was a chaos at the time of the bill... the insurance did not cover anything from the laboratory or the consultation because she put a code that was not, we have been struggling with that since August and she can't solve that and he had to pay the bill of the lab... I really don't recommend it at all. Very bad experience the first and last time."

"Very convenient clinic and nice drs but the receptionist is rude and shouldn’t be working in her position. She is short with patients and talks in a condescending tone. Definitely unpleasant experience dealing with her."
