"Treated me like a drug addict! Said I have used too many pharmacies in the last 25 years. Ridiculous! Dr Elkins treated me very poorly. Very arrogant and conceited. My hip and femur were shattered in 2020. I struggled with the pain through several surgeries. Last of 7 surgeries was February 2023. I went to Dr Elkins shortly after that. I was thankful I didn’t have to drive to Tucson. I struggled through the pain with very little help from my medical team. Then to top it off Dr Elkins who was aware i was dealing with severe pain at the time, scheduled my follow up appointment for 2 months out!! So don’t think this clinic will help you or do anything to manage your pain. I no longer have a need for pain management, thank God. If the need should ever arise again I will definitely go to Desert Sky in Sierra Vista. Kind caring professionals. Pain institute of southern Arizona and Pima Pain Centre just want your money and do not care about your well being or keeping you pain free. Another unhappy patient. PS I don’t think it was a very good idea to ask me to do a survey of my visit a year later. You asked for it."

"Dr Martin is very good. Their computer system SUCKS. I was seen yesterday in Benson where I live. If they Knew they were having computer problems ( WHICH they did know as Dr Martin commented on it) I Should have been given a hard copy of my Rx and I could have taken it directly to the Chiricahua Pharmacy next door and had it filled as I have been completely Out of pain medication ( it was due on 12/22) but I could not get an appointment to be seen to get my medication refilled until yesterday. I've made several calls to both the Pharmacy and to Dr Martin's office and the computer problems have not been resolved. I got a call from Dr Martin's office telling me I could go to an office I'm Tucson to pick up a hard copy to bring back to Benson to be filled but I am Disabled and I cannot drive to Tucson to pick up a copy so This Was NOT an option NOR a viable solution for me at all! I think yo need to reevaluate your paitient services because they are horrible!!"

"They look much more closely than any other doctors for injuries, even older damage that healed incorrectly. The fact that Dr. Marten (and Dr. Elkins) acknowledged my injuries means so much. Having MRI results could really help me. That's what I really want, that's what I'll need. t"
