Desert Sky Spine and Pain East Tucson Clinic

"I have been a patient here for a couple of years, and my opinion of them is dwindling to nothing. There is no treatment for my condition other than pain management. Meaning pain meds. All they have to do is call them in. Often times, they can't manage to do that, and if you need to call them, you WILL be on hold for AT LEAST an hour. The pharmacy I go to was out of the medication I need, and I was out of it as well. Knowing that it would take me hours to get them to answer the phone, I drove to their office, told them I was out of the medication and I need it called in to a different pharmacy, which I had to call and see if they had the medication in stock. (The pharmacy said that the doctors office was supposed to call and make sure it was in stock, but oh well.) So, the receptionist said she would do that. I made it very clear that I was out of the medication, and that I'm dependent on it, and would go through withdrawal if I don't get it THAT NIGHT. She swore she would put a rush on it, and get it called over before the end of the day. It was about 3:30 at this point. So, I went to the pharmacy and waited. After about an hour, the pharmacist told me that they haven't got the prescription called in yet, so with a half an hour remaining in the work day, I called Desert Sky again. Miraculously, after only 38 minutes on hold, at 5:01 they answered and promised within a few minutes the pharmacy would have the prescription. It's now the next day, I have been going through withdrawal all night, and I have to start calling them again. I love hearing how much they care about my well being as I go through withdrawal. Very soon I will be a patient at a different pain clinic."

"The people listened carefully to what I had to say. Even the small things. The workers were very friendly but professional. I felt well cared for and knew that when it was do finished we had covered all that I needed to cover and all of my questions had been taken care of."

"It's nice to be greeted by a professional as soon as you open the door to the office. The first smile I get is from the receptionist, which is a great way to greet all patience. Advice and questions are asked politely. When questions are answered to the associates in your business they also have a smile and say thank you. Office visits with Ken are usually prompt, and sensitive answers are asked. As for myself I was not rushed into giving anyone answers, Ken is a professional on the way he doesn't rush you. He make sure you understand everything and what is going to be considered in weeks ahead till our next visit. Clinical assistants were very professional and polite, and when I left I was told to have a nice day I also said goodbye see you all next month. At 70 years old I hope time slows down but it's not going to. But yes I'm looking forward to next month's visit. I feel very comfortable at desert sky pain."
