"Steven Ogi is amazing!!!! I am spinal cord injury and use what is called a wrist driven. I brought in my old one that is 29 years old, and Steven said we will get you a new one first and then we will rehab the old one. He made a cast of my arm and hand, measured and it seemed like I had a new wrist driven a few weeks later, which was perfect. Currently Hanger is rehabbing my old wrist driven which I will have back shortly. The staff at this location was professional, explained everything to me, and the facility is very clean. Do not let Steven Ogi go any place else he is a true professional and knows what he is doing. I will be going to Hanger Clinic for all my orthotic needs from now on, and I can't recommend them high enough they have been fantastic for me. Update, hanger finished rehabbing my old wrist driven and it came back brand new. Thanks to hanger clinic and Steven Ogi I have two wrist drivens in amazing condition!"

"I had an appointment for 8 am on the 20th for a pro op boot. I went to the orange grove office I was there at 8am. Staff came in took people back and left me sitting there. Finally at 8:30 I asked when I would be helped since the two ladies were just sitting there chatting. The one told me I didn’t need an appointment for a boot because the insurance doesn’t pay for it. I can just buy it. I will go buy one some place yet. So they Just left me sit there Very bad service. Kim Mayfield"

"This review is for the store in Oro Valley. Appointment was on Nov. 18 during this appointment the Tech was attempting to order the wrong brace for my elbow. I discovered this when I asked to see a sample of the device. I told her that the doctor had prescribed a dynamic brace not a static brace like she was showing me. She redirected me back to the PT office to find out what was actually being prescribed! Although she had the prescription order right in front of her and it clearly stated dynamic brace. I ended up driving to Dr. Office asking them to call Hanger and clear this up. The person at Hanger then made it sound like I was confused and they would be surety ordering the correct brace. I called the Hanger Office 4 days later as I wanted to make sure the brace was ordered/ authorization request from insurance etc. Also wanted to find out if I would purchase this outright how much the brace would cost . I was told they had to research and give me a call back. Callback never happened. Today is Nov28 - 10 days later so I call and receptionist at Hanger tells me her computer is down she cannot take a message and that she has to answer 24 inquiries first before she can help me , so please try back later. What a joke!! My rehab outcome is dependent on this BRACE ! Waiting for weeks to find out if and when this place can get their act together is unacceptable. Poor customer service, unqualified personel, etc. I have to stick with Hanger to get this brace needed , since contact with the insurance was initiated ( at least I hope so). Interested to find out if this review will make matters worse for me …"

"My review is based on their customer service. When I called to make my appointment to be measured for shoes, I was never told I needed a prescription. My husband was also never told that when he made his appointment. I wasn't informed of this until I'd been in the waiting room for 15 minutes past my appointment time. I wasn't even allowed to go back for measurements and to look at the shoe selection whereas my husband was. I will most likely return to get the orthopedic shoes I need BUT I'm going to get the name of the receptionist or scheduler and notify the manager that this person is NOT giving essential information."
