"During the Covid pandemic I asked for a vaccine exemption as I had gotten the flu exemption prior. Within a few hours I had the nurse, doctor and office manager calling me refusing to give an exemption. I have a fear of vaccines since the government tested the anthrax vaccine on me and later halted experimenting because of side effects. They managed to cause me to lose my job and I will never recommend this office, doctors or staff."

"Waited months for an appointment for a referral. Then the PA, Samantha, dropped the ball and never gave me the referrals. Finally after calling and going in, I got one of the two. The Dr. they referred me to for a diagnostic procedure, never obtained informed consent and nearly killed me. I lost five units of blood and was in the hospital for days. Saw Paul Stamer after this event who argued with me about the blood loss because he was looking at 3 hours of records from the ER, instead of the 3 days of records from the entire hospital stay. Then when being seen by Megan Bauder for costochondritis, I happened to mention that I had given my attorney the green light to file a lawsuit for an issue I had been dealing with. I told Megan I had anxiety that day due to the filing of the suit because if I lose, I would be on the hook for the other parties cost - this is situational anxiety. She then diagnosed me with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Samantha is lazy with no follow through. Paul is just a dim bulb who argued with me because he was only looking at 10% of an issue. Megan Bauder is very confident, but not at all competent. This practice should change their name to Crackpot Family Practice. The whole office is full of complete lazy morons. They also had incorrectly changed my medical records on their own. They changed health history information that was correct, making it incorrect. Way too much incompetence in one office. I implore you - go elsewhere."

"This is the best-run medical practice my husband and I have used in our 40 years. We followed Dr. Amy Singer from her prior practice to Orange Grove because she provides personal attention to us and our medical concerns. But it’s not just her. These folks are organized. They follow through. They anticipate our medical needs - yes, they’ve called to remind us it’s time to make an appointment to come in. Not in a pushy way - in a caring way. They have testing services onsite (or across the parking lot). And their online patient portal gives us 24-hour access to our test results and records. Plus we can message Dr. Singer whenever we have a question or concern - and she answers us. We highly recommend Orange Grove Family Practice."
