"Here we go again.... trying to get a hold of an actual person. Package that should have been delivered, says weather delayed on a sunny day. This seems to happen every time Ontrac is set to deliver something. We actuallydo our best to avoid ordering from companiesthat use ontrac, just missed it this time. Looking at the other reviews we are not the only ones with this problem. Why would you run a business like this? Why do people still use them to ship products? Negative stars."
"My package is officially missing from the warehouse and not one person can find it. This is not the fist time this has happened. I truly hope the drivers are not stealing packages for their own gain. Yesterday a driver delivered my dads package, and the driver mentioned he would let the owner know about this matter. Still nothing. Very disappointed."
