"Don't always believe what you read. Dr. Bazzi is a really really great doctor!. Good Doctors a rare in this day and age. Everyone goes to the less educated NP's. Or what i like to call the internet quick degrees. If you want a doctor who cares, knowledgeable and with good bedside manner. SEE DR. BAZZI"
"Was very professional, prescribed needed medication, prescribed PT"
"The first visit was decent enough to warrant a second visit. The second visit was horrible. Dr was visibly angry (we heard him yelling at this staff and cursing at them in the other room), immediately on coming into the room asked if I wanted a meditation without informing what it is, why it was recommended or what it was supposed to treat. Had to literally pry out the information. Dr opened a drawer full of display medications and was saying you could take any of these if I give you this diagnosis but you won't understand why unless I take 3 days to explain it. Definitely not happy and very upsetting. From a patient who was on zero medication to prescribing a weekly injectable without truly figuring out what is going on. Now trying to find a second option which is a lot of leg work with our insurance. Definitely do not feel comfortable with this Dr and his practices. I came in for an evaluation on a completely separate issue and all focus was put onto my back pain. Definitely not comfortable with this provider, his practices, and his bedside manner. It's clear why he is practicing in Yuma, because clearly he would not be able to anywhere else."
"This has to be the most ignorant Dr I've ever been to. First, I went to see him for my fibromyalgia pain it's so bad that I cannot wear a shirt for very long. Instead he focused on my Crohn's and said for me to try a diet. The only thing is, I've tried this diet several times and it doesn't work for me, if he was a gastroenterologist he would have known every Crohn's patient is different and it's not a one fix thing. Not only did he not want to discuss a different treatment when I tried talking to him he talked over me. This is the funny part, he suggested that I use bengay for my pain, I'm serious, does he even know what fibromyalgia is? Oh and he said to use fish oil supplements, are you kidding me, I have Crohn's I can't use any oils, one of the side effects is diarrhea. But what do you expect from a Dr who got his degree in the Caribbean. Oh and this is where it actually gets extremely dangerous for me, I have diverticulosis and he insisted that I use humera, which could cause a flare and possibly kill me. I honestly think he is on drugs or something because of the way he acted. He came in in a rush, refused to listen to me, never acknowledged the actual reason I was there. That or he is a narcissist, I've never seen a doctor that was dead set on not trying something different even though it had been done before and didn't help. Also, my HDL is low so I asked what foods would bring it up, he just stared at me dumfounded. He had no clue and said just eat what's on the list. I left the office almost in tears, he is heartless and uncaring, all he cared about was his theory he read about."
