"By appointment only not walk in or "minute clinic", usually a couple days in advance, also they told me that they can't do a quick strep test because they close at 530 and it was 500....just go to a real urgent care or doctors office and save the time."

"I had the worst experience, I was told I need a machine because I have severe sleep apnea and they are holding a prescription I need to get my machine because they are demanding I come there. The last person I spoke to said I wouldn't have to come back and I got 4 different answers from 4 different people. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!"

"Went to this location almost a year ago. The lady at the check in, wearing Minute Clinic shirt, told me the visit cost $35, and I proceeded to be seen. I told the NP that I don’t have insurance, so please don’t do anything that cost extra. Today I received a bill of $184. I feel scammed, go at your own risk."

"I don't usually write bad reviews cause every business has bad days but this is the second time something like this has happened to me. Both times I made an appointment online, confirmed my appointment and came in on time to said appointment. Both times they told me I wasn't in their system and that sometimes the system will cancel and remove an appointment. I wish I would've known that before coming all the way here. No notice of cancel or anything. Then they had the audacity to tell me to try to make another appointment. I do it all over again and then again it gets canceled again. No sympathy from the "doctors" I've been sick for 4 days and worked 3 12 hour shift for that whole time, My birthday is on Tuesday and still no sympathy to try and get me in due to an error on their system not on my end. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I for one will never be trying to come here again."

"We were in Nevada on a house boat vacation when my 13 year old came down with an ear infection. The day we flew out we made an appointment for the minute clinic. Kayaking Dinehart, NP was who examined my son. She was very kind putting him at ease and giving him appropriate attention and medicine to help him have a comfortable flight. He is feeling great now.
