"My experience with labor and delivery, recovery and NICU was the most horrible degrading thing I have been through. I’ve never experienced being judged like this as a human and a mother in my life. They use trainees constantly, they have an issue with anyone who was referred by them to use pain killers, do not understand the way CBD works and will make you feel like crap about that and anything semi different on your medical records. Very unprofessional staff, I left there feeling like a horrible human, horrible mother. I will never associate myself with this organization ever again. They are entitled rude opinionated judgemental people. Not one person except Carol Graff made me feel like a human. There needs to be personal opinions seperated with actual facts. Also I experienced false glucose test that was done and they would not stop bringing up that I had it which I clearly did not have it. I would also suggest them to let women rest after delivery, I went 26 hours total with one hour of sleep after I had to beg them to stop pushing on my uterus and let me sleep after a harrowing unprofessional 16 hr labor. They bring crowds of people and don’t explain anything in scary situations..they also tell you to move when you can’t from the epidural. No common sense and no common courtesy whatsoever."

"Such wonderful staff. Were so kind and patient, willing to answer and explain any question. Took so much time to work and help with breastfeeding. Spent a little over 24 hours before discharging. No complications and a nice fast stay. The food was also amazing (call me crazy lol). My favorite was the Tuscan chicken which you can get either marinated or with Alfredo sauce. Great nurses, great doctors, great staff all around ❤️"
