"I was first greeted and shown actual care by Vickie. She works at the front desk, and genuinely showed care and compassion when it came to getting my first appointment booked. She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. I don't think I would ever be able to replace her. Thank you both."

"Even though they have the release of information and the power of attorney paperwork .. continuously call my phone asking for my mother who has schizophrenia and dementia... no customer service skills, nor organizational skills. I would not leave my mother in their hands due to this fact. I'm transferring to the Kingman location they are much better when it comes to customer service and they're on point with their professionalism."
