"If I could give them negative stars I would. The WORST customer service ever. Assistant manager is horrible. I don’t have a refrigerator and needed one asap. I have 2 young kids, we just moved and have no refrigerator. I callled set everything up. Soonest delivery was in 6 days. I asked for a sooner appointment since it was urgent. Still nothing. Manager refused to help as well and told me that’s all they could do. They wanted me to pay money for that week even though I wasn’t gonna even have the refrigerator yet. And then a payment again 3 days after the scheduled delivery. What sense is that? Then my husband receives a phone call 2 days later stating that they are no longer going to deliver it because their guys don’t feel comfortable to do so.. no other explanation. WORST Rent-A-Center I have ever dealt with. Save your time a sanity and go to Aaron’s."
