However, waiting well past the suggested time frames and having to encounter multiple poor representatives with no resolve, well thats just a business relationship on the verge of break up! Once able to speak with John and Dee there were 3 major important Actions offered to reassure our business was important and my continued business was what they were going to achieve. John was very concerned how many failed attempts it took to finally get his attention to our situation. All was solved and we are still conducting business just as we have for the past 10 years. We have barely been here in Arizona for a week when we had to come try out our new local autozone. Previous to this visit, most of our business was conducted in California and at the same store. Great personality and love that she keeps my husband thinking. Great customer service here. They didn’t have our part in stock but checked the sister store down the road and they have them. Paid and picked up at the sister store. Carlos helped us at the Fort Mohave store with pickup. Very nice man."
