"I have been going here for 20+ years. I always pay cash at the time of service to make sure I don’t have any outstanding balances. Yesterday out of the blue I received a notice of collection for $73. No phone call, no bill, nothing. Straight to collections. When I called in the branch tells me they have no idea what it the charge was for or what it was from. I called the financial services office same story with the added BS of you should have read the 100 page terms of service agreement regarding bill notifications. It doesn’t matter that I asked at the counter at the time of service to pay the balance in full and paid $124. Nope they gotta make some random charge to tack on after I’m gone. Criminal. They think they can do whatever because they were the only shop in town. Lucky for me that’s not the case I’ll be taking my business to Revere."

"I went in for a colonoscopy. They overdosed me on anesthesia, and had a real hard time waking me up. Then they violated my medical privacy. Didn’t even inform me of the dosage mistake, ironically I had to ask my dad why my chest hurt (sternum rub) to which he said they divulged several pieces of my medical info in explaining why they couldn’t wake me. They were expressly forbidden to share my info with anyone, and they asked specifically about my parents, so the point was clarified. Now I get lots of emails asking for feedback so I thought I’d share some. If I had money for a lawyer I’d sue."

"Went in today to establish as a new patient. The reception area was very clean and welcoming! The staff up front were very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and the staff was very polite and responsive. I was very early to my appointment but was actually called back before I finished my paperwork. The medical assistant was very nice and took the time to understand my resin for the visit. Within a few minutes my care provider came in and introduced herself. She was very nice and took quite a bit of time to listen to my concerns and offer respectful solutions. It is actually the first time in over twenty years I didn’t feel rushed by a medical provider! I truly appreciate the quality of care she provided Amd the absolute amazing mannerisms she showed. Definitely feel thankful for her and the staff"

"I LOVE this clinic!!! The front desk always knows me by name and are SUPER friendly! The MA's are ALWAYS very professional and are always on top of calling my prescriptions over or calling with my lab results. The doctor makes me feel like my concerns are very important to him. He really takes the time to listen and never makes me feel like I'm a burden to his practice. River Road Family Medicine is seriously the BEST!!!!!"

"I have never met a healthcare worker that actually CARES about their patients like Kayla Boyer does. She listened to all my problems (&trust me there were a lot), she cared about my mental health, and she was also so bubbly and talkative. I felt so comfortable around her. I switched all my medical files over to her after my visit because of how thorough she was! You could tell she was genuine and loved what she did. Thank you Kayla for being an amazing NP! We need more like you."
