"UPDATE: After getting a hold of them the next day they informed me that that wasn't the bill, that it is just what they send over to insurance because my insurance is technically not in their network even though it is so the bill my insurance gets is the out of network price but the bill I get in the in network price which is why there was a $2,225 discrepency, like I said I was expecting roughly $2,450-2,550 because I knew they where wrong on guessing the insurance cap and it ended up being $2,597 only $50 higher then I expected. One thing I noticed while I was there today getting the rest of the work finished up, was that one of their patients who had work done barely over a year ago had issues with one of the things they had done and even though it was a few weeks past a year the dentist said he would eat the cost and correct the issue because it was his work. So all in all other then a slight miscommunication by not informing me that my insurance would be getting a different bill then I would causing confusion and a stressful night it was a good experience with a person who stands by their work, even if it has been a bit over a year. Original Post: Went to have some work done, asked multiple multiple times how much it would be and got told each time $1,800... now I knew they where probably off by $750 which would be $2,450... but when I got the bill was it $1800? No; Was it $2,225 like I assumed? No; Was it $4,805, $3,000 more then they told me? Yes, why yes it was. So told me a price, I verified the price, they did the work, then they raised the price $3,000 after doing the work even though that was not the agreed price."
