"I don't recommend this instacare. I went in for pain in my leg. They never ask me to give them a list of current medications, even though they prescribed a medication (muscle relaxant) for me. The N.P. I saw didn't seem to care about finding out what the problem was. In the course of my visit I told him I felt I had a circulation problem and he never checked the circulation on the leg I was having the problem. The exam seemed very cursory. The N.P. didn't explore what positions or movements caused the pain. Bloodwork might have shown an electrolyte deficiency causing muscle cramping. I may have a torn ligament. If the instacare can't arrange an MRI, I wasn't refered anywhere to get an MRI or further examination. I am left trying to find another solution for my pain."

"Horrible service. I was in town staying with my aunt because I had foot surgery and needed cats. My temp. Splint and bandages got wet and so I went to instacare for help. They were off no help and very rude and insulting. All the doctor kept asking was why i got it wet. Rude, Insulting and unprofessional."

"Ive gone to this clinic to get all the records of vaccinations for both my daughters. And they told me to go back to where i came from and to talk to their clinic back home to get their paperwork there, in order for this clinic to do something. But i eventually dont have time since my work schedule doesnt fit well with my schedule. Is there another way they can just fax it, like sign a paper and they give them a call or something? Please help.."

"Went in with a cough that had lasted more than a week. Was told it was viral bronchitis. They believe everything is a virus since that's all they will diagnose since IHC is trying to do its part against antibiotic resistance. They quickly prescribed a steroid which didn't do anything but make things worse. Another week later my cough has gotten much worse and I am on my way in to get an antibiotic so it will get better. Would have been 1 star except the front desk and check-in staff were great."
