"I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit. Everyone was very kind and treated me with respect. They made me feel like they really cared. Nobody had the attitude of "I am only here for work". I can't say a single negative thing."

"Horrible experience in ER. They are proud of fact they take you back quickly so you " don't have to wait hours to see the Dr.". BUT. After Dr. spoke to me for less than 1 minutes, said she would be ordering tests, NOTHING. 1 hr later, nurse said dr had entered nothing in chart.go sit in waiting room. Asked her to check with Dr. The dr had forgotten. Nurse came back, started IV, gave me med for nausea, said could not give ordered pain meds until I was in a room and go to waiting room. 4 HOURS LATER was taken for CT scan and to an actual ER room. There in next hr pain and infection were addressed and was d/c'd. While I was waiting, an elderly gentleman who had already been there over two hrs, with a 5-6 in laceration on his scalp was sitting with bld dripping down his neck. He had been 'seen' in the back, had a CT done and was waiting to be 'sewn' up. At hr 3 of me sitting with him in waiting room another pt complained about his visible wound and a nurse came out and covered it. HE WAS STILL WAITING WHEN I WAS TAKEN BACK. This is supposed to be efficient, quality, compassionate Medical care??"

"Had an endoscopy done here. I could not have asked for a better place or a better group of people! From the person who greeted us as we walked into the hospital, to the person in registration, to the nursing staff in endoscopy caring for me before and after the procedure, and also the anesthesiologist and GI doctor, what a fantastic team working together! Not only efficient, but humorous also! Put me at ease, kept me informed, great group!! Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure less uncomfortable."

"Recently my mother in law was in your hospital and didn't receive good care, they didn't attend to her needs and the nurses even had the audacity to ask my sister in law to give her a bath! That was very inappropriate. I don't know what the problem is there at Banner hospital but whatever it is it needs to be addressed so that patients can receive the level of care they deserve."
