"The amount I was quoted as my part of payment was over $ 200 more than what my insurance said I owed when I received the paperwork from insurance company. When I called Simon Med, they couldn't find where it was paid even after two weeks, and was sending it to be reviewed. Another 3 weeks pass, and I call again. Told still couldn't find anything and it would be sent in for review. Asked for supervisor, was told they would call before day is over. No call. Called next day to be told the same thing, supervisor in meeting, can't find received payment until I said was going to go on line with reviews. Suddenly found payment that was made 6 weeks ago. Still going to send in papers for review. Will have supervisor call. Still waiting for call. Advice: avoid giving them money before insurance pays. Or go somewhere else"
