"The staff took care of my mom with such care. I really liked the nurses. I WILL say it was a little concerning that I could walk through the front door and into the back where patient rooms are without checking with the front, running into any lock doors or having to deal with any security measures. I literally walked into the emergency room and back to my mom’s room without anybody saying anything or even acknowledging my presence. As far as safety concerns, anybody could walk up in there"
"My loved one came in with trouble breathing. They took him back right away. The nurses and doctor took great care of him. They did test and gave medication right away. He got to feeling better and was discharged. Start to finish was about two hours. I would recommend the general hospital. Great experience here felt they took care of him above and beyond."
"Came with my son on a Saturday night and it was an experience. I've never been to an emergency room with such caring individuals through out the process. There wasn't one staff that was unpleasant or was in a rush which is quite unusual for an emergency room. The efficiency of this staff was superb and absolutely one the best experiences we have had at any health care facility hands down! Thank you to nurse Juan and PA Abraham these gentlemen were impeccable! I appreciate your time and taking care of my son!"
"Arizona General Hospital Laveen is a great place if you need good compassionate care. My mother had a two-day stay and was treated very well. The facility is small and personable. Nursing staff is professional, competent, friendly and caring. If you have a choice I would definitely recommend this facility."
