"Kyle gives excellent customer service. So far has been the best bed I've ever used. Their lyocel (sp?) sheets are amazing, too. Products are pricey and higher end, but you spend a 1/3 of your life in bed, so it's worth it and you get what you pay for."

"We purchased a mattress here and, unfortunately, did not like it. We gave it seven days to acclimate to the new mattress and it is just not working for us. We remembered being told that we would be charged a return/re-stock fee and we were prepared for that. We were told today that their policy is not to pick up a return until 30 days after purchase. That is a ridiculous policy. I explained that I am not sleeping well and that 30 days of sleeping on a mattress we do not like is too long. Why would they want us to keep sleeping on their mattress that they know is a return? This was a big purchase for us and it is upsetting enough that it is not working for us and that we have to pay a restock fee. This was our first experience with Sleep Number and we are disappointed."

"Great experience! Go here and ask for Leroy if you are thinking about getting a Sleep Number. Leroy was easy to work with and never once pressured us. He educated us and then watched patiently as we jumped back and forth between 2 beds for probably 30 minutes. When we were unsure he let us go home and think about it without any sales gimmicks. We returned the next day and bought a mattress. It is rare that a salesman doesn’t get pushy, or rush you at all. He also never once tried to upsell us. My only wish is that Leroy would sell cars because I would go to him every time."
