"BUYER BEWARE! I'll start with we love the furniture we bought from Potato Barn. Super happy with that. However they arranged a delivery company (JUST DELIVERY AZ) to bring it to our home. During the delivery the very polite movers damaged the home. When I called Potato Barn they said its a third party company so they cant help. Keep in mind the delivery truck is wrapped in POTATO BARN advertising. Mike and PB Owner doesn't do anything to protect his customers as he doesn't have a copy of his carriers insurance, bond or authority. So basically your items are being moved at risk. When I called Alan the owner of JUST DELIVERY AZ he refused to take any accountability justifying his case by saying "My guys have worked for me for 10 years and I believe them". Since, he has refused to provide me with a copy of his insurance, bond or authority. Alan told me at one point he doesn't have any insurance on damaging someone's home, and at another time he said he did but wont send me a copy because I want to file a claim. Alan said "If I just paid people every time there damage to a home I would be out of business". That in itself was a warning. So here we are a week later and Mike from PB wont do anything and Alan refuses to respond to me. If you buy anything from PB just buckle up, because once they get your money (and their no return policy) you are a third class citizen to them"

"Huge store, unique pieces, we bought an awesome couch here, then a year later bought a bedroom set, that's where service went bad in a hurry. We inquired about the set we were interested in, I specifically asked the sales ladie( same one we purchased our couch from) if they ever had sales, she shrugged her shoulders and said no. We wanted one more night stand then they had in Queen Creek, she said they would order it, but they might have one in Goodyear. That was on 8/26. On 9/1 (the next business day they were open) I went into the Goodyear location, the first thing I was told was that there was a 20 percent off sale com I g up on Friday plus 10 percent more off for cash. I asked if they would honor the sale for what I had bought 4 days before, they said sorry, your timing sucked. There are several more pieces we would have like to by. We didn't raise to much of a stink because we were waiting for the other piece for our bedroom set. Today I picked it up after our 4-8 week delivery time took almost 12 weeks. I'm sad to say, we are done shopping here and the sales lady I thought we had bonded with and had a great relationship with, was just another sales hustler. They saved $800 by not honoring the sale, they lost $8500 on the dining room and storage closet we wanted. Not smart business. I suggest you wait for memorial day or labor day if they have a unique piece you must have if you don't want to overpay."

"We have always loved this place! This was our first visit to the Mesa location and it’s huge! So many unique finds. 15 years ago we purchased our bedroom set from their original location and the furniture is still going strong today. You cannot go wrong with solid wood products that are high quality. I literally wish we had much bigger rooms in our house. Most of the furniture here is really big! Finding items we love that also fit properly is definitely a challenge. We do wish they were also open on Sunday. Currently they are only open Wednesday through Saturday. But this has been the case for as long as I can remember. Anyway, love the store. We also love that sales people don’t follow you around like prey the entire time. They are around and asked if we had questions then left us alone to wonder and explore."
