"We bought a leather la-a-boy sofa, love seat & recliner chair. It cost us over $12,000 dollars . The company will not stand behind any of the issues that we are having. The leather has torn and the recliner make so much noise when you recline the seat the squeak can be heard all over the house. We bought this set a little over a year ago. I called and was told the leather is only warranty for a year and the mechanical issue with the recliner I would have to do a video chat with a technician and he would tell me how to fix it. To me this is unacceptable we thought this company was better than this! We will never buy anything from them again! They are selling JUNK!!!"

"Been buying La-Z-Boy since the 80's (yes I'm older) when in my 20's and my first recliner. This is NOT your father's La-Z-Boy furniture...I've had sofas, rugs, side tables, etc. over the years. They may not be the cheapest, but quality doesn't come cheap."

"Exceptional service, no baloney, in and out quickly... 1 and done repairs at 'we only charge what we have to' prices. Premium brand, premium service. No hesitation to recommend the repair service. 10 year old power recliner chair... broke one of the plastic mechanisms, replaced with metal. It can be argued it should never have been plastic, but 10 years isn't horrible, and the repair was $50. Seems fair to me."
