"My family volunteers for a local Church festival and if have I need pertaining to what they provide, this is where I go and it doesn't matter if I need it for the festival or if it's for home and they have so many items; there's no minimum amount to buy, at least when I went. They also have some larger items that you could look at and compare and see what best suits your needs and if not there is the possibility of them getting it for you if that is the route you want to take. The people are all so nice, pleasant, friendly, this is basically a no pressure shopping experience. If you just check it out and end up not getting anything, it's no big deal, they are still kind, they're kind demeanor IS natural NOT fake or forced."
"I am a professional cook and a baker for fun, and I love this store! They are so helpful and knowledgeable there is no way I will ever shop anywhere else. They stand behind their products 100%. I had an instant read thermometer that was faulty right out of the package and they contacted the company for me and even followed up a week later to make sure that I had received a replacement. All that for a $15 product! That level of customer service, even for a low priced item, was very impressive and made me a customer for life. You just don't find that level of service very often, but it sure is nice to know that there are still people committed to great customer service. So glad I found this place!"
