Summit Point Park

"When the young trees are mature it will be four stars. If it also was bigger it would be five stars. It is a tiny perfect park. Tiny playground has woodchips and as new, equipment. Has an excellent sunscreen but it only helps with sun directly above. Two perfect picnic tables a few feet from woodchips and under sunscreen. Five benches plus backless benches Grass is good. Fence around entire park. The on street parking is adequate. No handicap space but wheel chair has easy access on street as well as ramp onto playground. Very nice to have cool water in drinking fountain when it is 110 degrees!. Very nice park. Peaceful streets Boxelder/Nebraska. Even has cement cornhole game. Only the 3rd park that I am aware of. Scottsdale and Tempe"

"This park was a lot of fun. It has a nice little fence around the whole park so it was easy to watch my kids play and not worry about them running into open water (like a lot of the parks around here) or into the street. It had just the right amount of things for my 2 young kids to do. It’s got a big grass section intended for a dog park with bags provided. Some people were playing catch over on it. It’s got a small foam section to play hopscotch. It had a few adult exercise apparatuses. My favorite thing was the sit and see baby swing that you can swing facing your baby. There’s 3 trash cans, two different height water fountain. Wood chips and rocks on the ground."

"Newly renovated, playground pretty much the same but they added picnic tables with a shade covering and sidewalk around playground. Added a hopscotch area and exercise area and of all things a corn hole area."

"Lovely park. Even has a pound/ waterfall area and a ferris wheel for the kids. I'm not sure if it's a splash pad but my kid had fun running around on the cement circle. We visted late October, but it did look like a splash pad."

"Tiny but well maintained neighborhood playground. Shaded and fenced in (though there's no gate so it's never fully enclosed, plus some of the walls are a foot and a half high, so it's not really going to keep in a determined toddler). No drinking fountain. No parking lot. Good area and never crowded. Basically a good park for the people who live nearby with young children, but not a place worth driving to. Edited to go from 3 to 2 stars. My toddler pooped his pants because there's no restroom. That's pretty essential for a public park."
