"This is a great park with plenty of playgrounds and space and it seemingly free of the homeless"
"Nice place"
"06/21/22 The sand playgrounds are spread out into three areas plus an exercise sand section. The equipment is good. The Ramada picnic tables and park benches are those normally seen but need painting. The playground is neither near the large parking lot or road. Another advantage are the gently rolling low hills. Lessons the chance of a child running to the parking lot. All sections except exrecise were in use with children, young adults and a few parents. The number of visitors was modest. There is not a lot of shade which suggest planting additional trees. There are a lot of ramadas which offer shade. The sidewalks have been marked for repairs or replacement. The basketball court has just been resurfaced and the backboard, rims and metal nets in good repair. The drinking fountain is located on the east side of Fitch Park. Probably a second fountain next to restrooms on the west side. Traffic is light on the northside. Vegetation is almost non existent. Overall the park is clean."
"It's nice there are three sections to the playground to choose from. One is closed and fenced off for some reason. The other one is the one at the front by the parking lot. It has some basic slides and a ramada nearby so you can cool off. If you walk a bit further, there is another playground with the typical slides. With that section, what was cool was it had a monkey bar variation where instead of bars, you can swing from the hanging chains. The playground was coated with sand. Also, it is not shaded."
"Park is a great open space with a lot of room to run around and still keep a safe distance from others. The only thing I don't like is there is no coverage for the playground so during the summer kids can't go and play."
