"The customer service staff were unfriendly and gave me attitudes. Since I saw “getting 4 or more personal care items” like shampoo and shower gel can get a $5 gift card, but at the register it’s not showing up, I was referred to the customer service department. The cashier was helpful and nice, but the staff at customer service said it didn’t show the deal when they scan the items. I told them the deal tags are everywhere and I can go with them to prove it. They still said it doesn’t show the deal, and the younger staff who seemed more superior told the other lady, “how much was the gift card? Just $5? Just give them” with a lukewarm tone. I’m not a beggar! I repeatedly tell them I can go show them the tags or they can go check! How disrespectful and humiliating!! My whole Target trip was happy until in the end got ruined by customer service. I’ve never had such bad experience at Target and I’ve been a Target shopper for years, and at this particular store too. I’m so upset I had to write this review. I regret to not have asked the staff’s name and didn’t take a picture of the tags. If I go again soon, I will try to find those information (if they hadn’t taken down the tags)."
