"I love the atmosphere (sometimes the smell is a little strong it's PERFECT just turn the strength down a couple notches) and I really like the type of stuff they have but sometimes the prices are too high. The people are nice and it makes me feel relaxed and happy to come in that store. If you would add a second tier of products that were somewhat more reasonably priced I believe that your overall volume of sales would explode because everything else is great about this place. "The store personnel is wonderful and the product is cute, but,,, DO NOT ORDER anything ONLINE! I was charged $14 for shipping and a special delivery charge and my small picture was sent in a piece meal box that was several boxes taped together... and I received the Wrong picture! Sat on phone for 1/2 hour and rep stated they would ship correct picture ASAP. I returned the wrong picture go the local store and manager was kind enough to refund outrageous shipping charges, and promised to call in morning to make sure right picture was expedited and to report picture returned. Five days passed so I called to check on status. Guess what! Not shipped, store I returned pic to failed to call the online group to tell them it was returned, now/ pic is out of stock!!!! I demanded money back but they didn’t have proof incorrect picture was returned! So now I have to make a second trip to the store to get this resolved’. Worst experience ever’. Kirkland’s- you lost my business’"
