"Crew kept us informed of their location and ETA. We live in an apartment building and security procedures which the delivery crew handled very well. Unloading was smooth, quick and efficient. Setup and explanation of operations was flawless. Crew was friendly, cheerful and courteous. I'd give a "10" rating."

"I was disappointed that couch I purchased stopped working. It required a part no longer in stock, and they discontinued the model (Nitro) after one year. However, I found an almost suitable replacement. Except for a glitch with their AI texting system (Heads up snowbirds, Bob's AI does not like Canadian area codes...grrrr), Bob's was great to deal with. A shout out to our delivery man, William Beck's, for his courteous and professional manner."
