"I called the owner for full mattress frames. He stated he had new frames. I went to pick them up the same day. There were scratches on them and they had tape holding it together. When I questioned him about the tape, he became extremely upset and told me to leave without explaining anything. I was humiliated. Poor customer service and the product is not quality"
"Fast delivery granted I'm around the corner payed $120 for a twin-size mattress and box spring it's very comfortable however my toddler whom I bought it for doesn't want to sleep on it she says it smells like a farm. I agree it smells kinda raunchy I thought it was just the plastic apparently not."

"I was unsatisfied with my purchase of 3 twin mattresses. My husband accidentally gave the guy an extra $20 and we called him and messaged him. We told him it was an honest mistake and he said he would bring it back. Never came back. Face it, it's only $20 bucks but it's surely not about the money. It's about the principle and mainly morals. At the end of the day won't be back here. Lastly later on we took off the plastic and there are a few holes in the back of the mattress."
