"We were told out bed frame, box spring, and mattress would be ready for pick up on a Wednesday, so Wednesday comes around we go to pick it all up they tell us they have everything but the mattress and it would be in that Saturday this was totally fine. Saturday then comes around and I called before going to pick up our mattress and they said they still didn’t have it and that it will be here on Tuesday but apparently they forget that most people are working during their business hours and can’t pick up their items so now I have to wait an entire week from the original pick up date to have a mattress to sleep on they were not even positive that they will have it on Wednesday I will not be doing this process again with this company again"

"Placed an order in the store on 11/27/2023. Told at that time all items were in stock at the warehouse. Set delivery date of 12/19/2023. Store called on 12/18/2023 to inform me that some of the items were not available and they had no idea when they would be back in stock. Items were the foundation for the bed. WOULD NOT RRCOMMEND THIS STORE!!"

"Terrible service! Called to verify furniture was there before I drove over, I get there and they say it’s not here then my order didn’t exist. Then my stuff was there, then it wasn’t. The one piece magically appeared. So I picked it up not happy. Next day called again yep your stuff is here. Turns out it wasn’t my stuff even though I asked them to double on the phone. Terrible service in all aspects of this company. Taking my business else where!"

"They are quick, polite and load your vehicle safely. I’m an interior designer and I use Ashley a lot, this warehouse is easy to locate and never a line. Ashley has excellent deals and the sales staff are very friendly."

"Terrible. Purchased a bed frame and after unboxing it we realized it was damaged. We called customer service and it was horrendous. They did not communicate between stores and each time I called to confirm delivery times etc they had no clue it was scheduled. Terrible customer service that expects you to spend your gas and time to return things they delivered damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Inspect all pieces before you purchase and dont expect customer service."
