"Initial buying process was great, someone walked me thru finding exactly what I wanted. However, one is my cables snapped after less than 2 years.... And the other long cable was hanging by a thread. I called to see if those could be replaced and was told to email customer support, I did, they never (to this day, more than 3 weeks later) answered. I emailed again, no response. I called again, they said let me look into it and call you back. You guessed it, no response. Called again a few days later and was told yeah there's nothing we can do about it. No acknowledgement or apology for the non response"

They answered every phone call and answered every one of my questions honestly. When I needed a refund, they processed it immediately. When I called, they answered immediately.
