"I don't usually give 5 star reviews but Roy & Bryan and their team at BounceTastic deserve it. I had a great experience with them. I originally ordered the colorful castle bounce house for my son's birthday but due to rain we had to reschedule. Roy contacted me right away the day before and we were able to reschedule. The crew showed up the day of the party right when they were supposed to be here. They were professional and courteous. The bounce house was in great condition and the kids loved playing on it all day. Their website is easy to navigate and book with. The entire process was so simple and flawless. I appreciate the communication with Roy & Bryan answering all my questions and making the process so easy. I would definitely book with them again. I highly recommend BounceTastic.
