As soon as I walked into the store, Marcel Ramos greeted me with a genuine kindness, sincere interest in introducing me to my future sleeping companion, and all while assisting another couple with their “pillow” needs. I was impressed that he tended to both our shopping experiences and having been first in store, he was considerate in asking if I had few moment to wait while he completed their purchase order. He is knowledgeable on the product, patient with my inability to choose the “right mate”, and thorough in explaining differences with not only the mattress but the adjustable bed.
