"Very awesome spot! Has a replica Cubs baseball field right next door to the hotel. There's a park and food nearby. They even let me check in a bit early (as I had a wedding to attend that day) so I could get ready! 6/5 stars"

"A great hidden gem if you like privacy and quiet. But it is next to the Cubs spring training field so unless that's your thing I wouldn't stay there during those weeks. Otherwise, good off the beaten path location. I wish it had a full service restaurant as food options on site are limited. The rooms are nice and clean but are beginning to show some wear and tear."

"I had a fantastic refreshing stay last night. Jude at front desk was a doll. He was welcoming warm and wonderful I had great meal at a great price. Grilled fajitas served and made fresh on the grill.Christie was cheery and haopy behind the bar. The entire hotel is new and well kept. The room was so peaceful and the dog friendly hotel where i brought my 2 dogs were on a mini vacation loving this place as much as I did. The bed was clean fresh and comfortable beyond belief. I am writing this to let others know this bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I melted in the most comfortable bed i have ever felt. I am not even kidding when i say this. I will come again for sure just to feel and sleep as good as i did last night. Before having that great sleep experience I checked out the bathtub that was super clean and shining. New hotel with new fixtures called my name. Ler me tell you hot water did not run out at all even after filling up the tub and taking a shower . The shampoo conditioner and body wash was a plenty and I gotta tell you 39 degrees North is such luxury I cant believe I never heard the brand before. The scent was perfect. In fact it made the perfect night. Iam definately buying some for my house. For breakfast I had French Toast with fresh strawberries.it was $10 and fantastic. I saw some ball players eating fresh made breakfastic burritos and by the looks on thier faces they were enjoying them! I checked out and my dogs didnt wanna leave. I will be back! You should too! "Gorgeous room! Everything looked and felt brand new. The location was phenomenal- our pups loved being able run in the field right across and walk around beautiful Riverview. The staff were very courteous and kind, and made our stay a very positive experience. We would definitely recommend staying here when in Phoenix!"
