"Just finished a week of drop ins and really enjoyed myself. Awesome facility, tons of space and equipment. The membership was friendly. Classes were on time and ran smoothly. Coaches always had a good class plan with really appropriate warm ups. Great presence and attitude and since I was visiting they always made their way over to me to introduce themselves. Really ticking all the boxes of a great CrossFit gym. This is a busy gym with pretty large classes but I really loved that they had two coaches for every class that I attended. Not sure if it's the norm but it was awesome to see. No problem recommending this gym."

"Love this box and the staff! I usually go Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri for the past 2-3 months and already see a huge difference in my strength, form, and physique. The coaches make sure you clearly understand how to do each movement and correct you when needed. Perfect start to my morning!"

"This review is long overdue but I dropped in on for few workouts over Thanksgiving when I was in town. Loved the community, coaches, gym, and even got my first handstand push up. Definitely check this place out for a great workout with great people. Can't wait to come back!"
