"Try not to have a billing question you can't get anyone to help you. Called customer service they couldn't help only billing dept could help. Got a voice mail and never received a call back. "Profoundly incompetent in every step of the process. Failure to process paperwork so I called about that. Then two different people I talked to failed to add me to the schedule, I called again. Finally on schedule but the phlebotomist was covered in scents I'm allergic to, missing set of lab orders and missing the stuff for a test. Would not recommend to anyone, didn't have my blood drawn. Update: Eventually they managed to get someone to my house but all the samples they drove are bad and I have to go through this entire process again with some other lab."
