WoodSpring Suites Chandler Airport

"Went to see about checking in at 2:20pm and was told rudely that it wouldn't be ready until 3. Asked about price of dishes and was told to go to Walmart. The room is nice enough but the beds squeak and are not a high quality bed. The beds are clearly made of springs. Walls are thin and when people walk on the floor above it sounds like they are stomping around. Went to see about checking out early and was told we wouldn't get a refund for the days we paid for (found that info in the packet they give you when you check in. Should be disclosed before). Towels are small and thin and went to ask if they have hand towels because there wasn't one in the room and they said they don't have them. They won't change linen until 14 days after you check in without charging. It's really a glorified motel 6 (bare bones) Only one device allowed on internet without paying."

"My visit at the WoodSpring Suites has been very pleasing. The staff allows you to do your own thing as long as you are sticking to their policies which are comprised of common courtesy rules, so its not difficult and they are always available if needed. Laundry is open 24 hours, the elevator is conveniently located in the center if the 4 story building. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave and plenty of cabinet space. Our room had the queen bed paired with a desk, entertainment center, side table and a small comfy chair for guests so they didn't have to sit on the bed. We all know how awkward that can be..the parking lot is large and wraps around the property with plenty of spaces for every vehicle. The are pet friendly and extending or making minor changes is easier then I have ever seen really in a hotel as long as you book directly with the property itself. Coffee is available until 11 p.m. and quite hours begin around that time so even the rowdy have a chance to sleep or be asked to leave. It has really been a pleasant experience and I recommend this hotel if you are in the Chandler AZ area and need to be close to stores but not necessarily all up in the hustle and bustle of this beautiful city. There is a small airport, Bryan University located directly down the road and mandatory cleanings after a 14 day stay. This property receives a solid 4 in everyday hotels. Good job WoodSpring, thank you for a lovely couple of weeks."

"The room is spacious and comes with a nice kitchen. Very clean. But it’s a kitchen with nothing. NO silverware, NO plates, bowls, NO glasses, boots and pans. No ice cube trays. NO paper towels. Why have a kitchen? The hotel does not have an ice machine. That’s unheard of. Now the bathroom……. One 2 ounce shampoo, and one tiny soap. NO conditioner. NO box of tissues. NO iron or ironing board. Quite an experience after traveling all day. Very disappointing. And when asking the front desk about these issues, the guy looked at me like I had 3 heads. There’s a coffee maker in the lobby with a hot water dispenser. But NO TEA! What the hell? And after spending one night, the top sheet and blanket seem to be made for a queen bed. Very small. And the front desk management doesn’t allow you to use your own mug at the coffee machine. I was told it’s unsanitary. He was refusing me coffee. There are NO TEA BAGS. But there is hot water. Discrimination! Never staying here again."

"From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. We have pets also and this place has been amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean and in an amaze location. You can’t beat the price either. Short term or long term the stay will be great!"

"My husband and I had an excellent experience! We stayed for over 4 weeks and experienced the hotel in the beginning of its operations with it having only opened a few months ago. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always readily available. The pricing is the most affordable within the southeast valley. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and is within a seemingly safe area. Each room comes with a kitchen, and there is a guest laundry room. There were some guests that seemed to have not been in compliance with hotel policies. For example, there were people drinking out in the parking lot one night along with weed smoking within the hotel. I believe the affordability of this hotel attracts a certain crowd of people who do not strive to maintain its integrity which is a shame given its high quality."
