"Very nice location, friendly staff and wait times are minimal with appointment. My daughter is only 4 and we had to stop going to Phoenix children’s and even this having a sterile office feel, she was super comfortable and the staff was so patient with her during her ultrasound."

"Do not utilize this facility. I have never had a more incompetent experience in my entire life. First of all, they are an hour away from us we are from out of state. We contacted them to make an appointment because we had to have a follow up scan before returning to our state. I made an appointment. I got a confirmation from them of the appointment I drove the hour for the appointment arrived 45 minutes early, and set for over an hour after checking in only to find out that they canceled our appointment. They couldn’t tell me that when I first arrived. So not only being upset that they canceled the appointment without notice that they made me sit there for an hour to tell me that I was not happy. I make a follow up appointment for the next week go there. Have a little bit of runaround, but it ends up that they did take the scan and took care of everything. Three weeks later I still don’t have the results sent to my doctor in my state I called them they tell me they sent it. I called my doctors office. They tell me they don’t have it now it’s over a month and I still don’t have the results of the scan. It is just such an incompetent facility. I cannot believe it"

"Super efficient, on time and kind. This office is much nicer than the last one I went to and the staff was very friendly. I had done all the paperwork prior to arriving and my appointment lasted less than 15 minutes including clothing change time. Definitely recommend."

"I went in conveniently on a Sunday. No one was there except me and 2 women working. It was amazing. They were both so nice and had me in and out in 10 min which was before my actual scheduled appointment time. Definitely using this location again if possible!"

"Update: Simon Med responded to this review by saying they would be contacting me. No one has reached out. I was called to come back in again to have another image taken (was not included/was cut off in original). Another 30 mile trip and 90 minutes of time. Should not need to stand in line again. The tech got me in right away and did not make me wait or go through the dressing room process. That was really helpful! An idea- have people take a number when entering. The patient can sit and wait to be called. Currently, all patients have to STAND when waiting to check in. Sometimes more than 20 minutes. Many have injuries and pain. Does not seem considerate."
