"My daughter and I went to the ER and then she ended up being admitted to the pediatric ward for four long days. Every single person we came in contact with was amazing. The nurses in the ER and in the pediatric ward went above and beyond to make our daughter feel comfortable and at ease. They made a very scary and difficult situation a little bit easier with their kindness and passion for helping and healing. I truly can’t say enough positive things about the staff. "The nurses at the ER we’re absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I went in this past Wednesday (2/21) at 6pm due to some chest pain and an abnormal heartbeat. The nurses were extremely knowledgeable and got my heart rate down from the upper 190’s to 100 without medications! Or without having to shock me! They performed an interesting maneuver that got my heart rate back down to normal. I would absolutely return to the ER in “a heartbeat” if I ever experience this again. The nurses were so patient, gentle and genuinely kind. Thank you so much for putting me at ease. I would give you a trillion stars if I could! From start to finish I was in and out in about 3 hours."

"I believe that good reviews need to be shared on her as well. I have had multiple bed experiences at this ER. But I recently had an inpatient surgery here and I was amazed. The nurses and staff here were more than amazing. Kailey at pre-op and Jaclyn on OB floor were just like angels. Always there when I needed them. This surgery changed my life and I hope all these nurses understand how much they were a part of that!"

"I’ve been admitted to Banner Ironwood from their ER twice in 3 months. Nurses are so friendly. Unfortunately that is where the good news ends. $200k in facility fees and tests and there has been zero answers and zero improvement. Doctors asking me if I’m ready to go home.. why would that be my decision? I’ve had to advocate for every single test and they just don’t care at all. I’m incredibly disappointed in the care and would steer clear of them at all costs."
