"I had my blood drawn at this location last year in December. Was asked to pay $30 at the desk for blood draw even though its $5 after met deductible. Not sure if this was an honest mistake, but they had my insurance info in the system. Have tried to call and ask why with nobody calling back. The whole place looks very unorganized as well, set aside the payment. Thank god we did have an appt otherwise we would have had to wait for hours at end."
"Kyle at the front desk isn’t very professional. He struggles to understand the difference between a walk in and an appointment. He was trying to have me wait 40 min after my appointment time. I made an appointment due to me having a job and he’s unsure of when they will be able to get me in by my appointment. Why have appointments if you aren’t going to go through with your appointments times? So if your looking to get an appointment your best bet is to walk in because appointments aren’t appointments they are just there for fun according to Kyle the front desk dude."
"We have always had a rough experience at this location. Others have been fine. It seems to start with the bi-lingual manager or Assistant Manager. She shows very little professionalism while talking in the open about customers. Some customer service training is highly recommended. Meanwhile we will go elsewhere."
"I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. I went into the center and sat for my labs where I was attended to by an older phlebotomist with brown hair, unfortunately I couldn’t catch her name. She was on staff with two younger, very sweet ladies. After sitting down I explained to her that my veins are badly scarred from IV infusions due to chronic illness and she complained so much when examining them that I hat to take the initiative to ask her for a hot pack to warm up the veins. She poked at one vein and couldn’t access it and was very openly frustrated. She then immediately called the other tech (the sweet other front desk tech) in to help. She could not access it either but I could tell she really wanted to help. The older lady was very short with me and explained brusquely that if they each tried twice then they just couldn’t help me. In being aware that my veins are tapped out from all of my prior medical issues I apologized for all the trouble they were going through and she just disregarded me. I have so much medical ptsd and her lack of compassion and pure annoyance and frustration at not being able to access my veins were so triggering to me and made me feel like such a nuisance and bother as if how dare I waste her time. She said well we can’t stand here all day waiting and hoping we collect enough for the sample for you because it’s barely dripping. At the end when she couldn’t collect more than half of a tube she pulled out the needle and turned her back and handed me a paper asking me to take it to the front desk and return with a copy for her. I’m sorry, isn’t that her job? Upon asking her to please notify me if there was not enough for a sample, even for one or two of the items (for the purpose of knowing whether I should reschedule with my doctor due to lack of results) she simply said well it’ll go to your doctors office. I felt very invalidated, disrespected, and made to feel like I was a total waste of her time. She didn’t so much as apologize once. I will never again return to this labcorp center and have now made an appt with a new provider at my other drs office just so that I can see the in house phlebotomist instead of returning to labcorp."
