"We arrived here last minute. I did not have a reservation but needed a place for a night. Other places were full so we stayed. I would not stay here again. The location was good. Right off the freeway. The service I received from the service desk was also good. Friendly. The place was well lit and there was a security guard patrolling the premises which was comforting. Now that I think of it maybe not so much. The room was not good at all. It smelled of smoke, the wood floors were dirty, the beds were wobbly, the comforters looked as if they had not been washed in a while. The A/C unit sat on the floor, the curtain was missing a hook so I was unable to close it all the way and was also filthy. The bathroom was icky. The tub had stains and didn’t even have anything covering the drain. It was literally a hole in the tub. The door didn’t have a safety latch. Just a deadbolt."

"To give this health code violation one star is an insult to the Google rating itself. The head manager Shawn and assistant manager Lydia are rude beyond all measure and have no business being in the hospitality industry. Since the private owners of this inhabitable, sorry excuse for a docile that is more like a back alley a sane person would never want to be caught dead in, have not returned any of my husband's calls since Superbowl Sunday to correct this wrong; I WILL NOT stay silent any longer! This place not only has black mold behind our bathroom wall, which we knew nothing about until the wall almost fell on me, while I was in the shower. Also the roaches have become so bad that they're starting to come out drains holes and holes in the walls of some of their units, every second is like you're living in a horror film. After my experience with this piss poor waste of space, it needs to be TORN DOWN! It's beyond me how anyone can make a profit and peacefully sleep at night while the services they are providing are hellish beyond measure."

"Location is convenient, and the front staff and maintenance/housekeeping people are helpful. Luellen is our favorite front desk employee. She is awesome and to say the least, goes above and beyond. She always takes great care of us, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our stay memorable!"

"Wow! This third time I've tried to do a review@! Wanted to say because of Luellen I'm still here, IF ANYONE DESERVES A BONUS, OR PROMOTION THIS WOMAN DESERVES it all! Thank you Luellen very much for your common courtesy and for being the friendly person who I'm glad to say I've met here. I'd probably have left long ago but because of you. Thankful I'm still here and not on the streets. Which after losing my entire livelihood being very recent victim of identity theft. I'm totally devastated. Don't know what to do next but wanted you to know how very thankful I'm for you even listening to me, I'm still grieving over loss of ALL my little dogs..more than anything I could not of had anywhere to go but thank for your kindness in even taking time to listening & help with being honest in giving advertising rates. I hope the best for Luellen and am sincerely hoping she gets well deserved bonus or pay raise, or even Promotion, because out of everyone here she is most attentive & knows I NEVER ALLOW anyone in my ROOM NOT EVER! NOT EVEN HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE OR ANYONE UNLESS IM PRESENT IN ROOM, NOT EVER! THANK YOU LUELLEN FOR MAKING SURE THIS IS DONE!"
